As part of how we hire, people who reach the final stage arrange short conversations between us and their former managers. We will tell you when you get there, and you will set up those calls. Most strong candidates are glad to. We ask you to keep everything in this application accurate and complete, including jobs that did not end well. It is better to tell us now than to have it surface later.
